- Online bidding experience over Upwork or similar platforms.
- Must have IT Sales Experience preferably in a company which deals in Mobile and Web Apps
- Proven sales track record.
- Must be able to up-sell and cross-sell services
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation via email or phone calls.
- Prepare & showcase company collaterals.
- Develop quotes and proposals.
- Having a technical background will be an added advantage.
- Responsible for Sales and Business Development for the IT services industry across international geographies.
- Generating business through lead generation, online bidding on online portals like Upwork, GURU, social media, and other creative methods.
- Writing Technical Proposals, RFP, RFI, dealing with clients, and winning bids or getting projects is a must.
- Lead Management: Prospecting, Qualification, Nurturing, and Followups.
- Team Handling & Sales: Handling the pre-sales team and working on the complete sales cycle including the post-sales.
- Achieving individual monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
