Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator plus Technical Content Writer. This hybrid position requires a unique blend of marketing expertise and technical writing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies while also creating technical content to support our products or services. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
  • Create compelling marketing content (website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters) that resonates with our target audience
  • You must be good with using AI because we don’t want you to spend all your precious time writing that basic content 
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule engaging content, and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and online events
  • Manage marketing databases and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, development) to ensure seamless marketing execution
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Develop and write white papers, case studies, and other technical marketing documents that showcase SubcoDevs Inc.’s expertise and solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate and up-to-date technical information for content creation
  • Ensure technical content is clear, concise, and engaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Follow established style guides and branding guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all marketing materials
  • Proofread and edit technical content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Some proven experience in technical writing, preferably with a focus on white paper development
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Passion for technology and understanding of the software development industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into layman’s terms
  • Excellent research skills and ability to gather and analyze technical information
  • Experience working with content management systems and editing tools
