In these Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred as “Agreement” or “Privacy Policy”), the terms “we”, us”, “our” or “company” refer to SUBCODEVS, INC., having FILE NUMBER 5944258, an entity registered with the State of Deleware with its place of business at 12345 LAKE CITY WAY NE #2181, SEATTLE, WASHINGTON 98125, UNITED STATES, together with its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and “Client”, “you” and “your” refer to each customer or service user or site visitor or user. This Privacy Policy governs the use of the website and services provided by the Company under the brand name “SUBCODEVS”, and website “www.subcodevs.com” and its mobile applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Website”).
The Client agrees to be bound by the following (i) the Terms of Service, which outline the rules and guidelines for the use of our website and the services, (ii) the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, and (iii) the Disclaimer, which sets forth the limitations and disclaimers of liability for the use of our website and the services. The Client further agrees to be bound by any future amendments to these documents made by the Company. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Policies”. The Client also agrees that by using this website or use any of the services, made available on this website, the Client have read and understood the Policies mentioned herein, as together the said Policies forms a binding agreement between the Company and the Client regarding use of this website, Application, and the Services provided herein.
This Privacy Policy is our commitment with respect to online privacy and we recognize and fulfill appropriate protection & management of Personal Information as shared by you with us.

1.2. If the Client does not agree to be bound by this Agreement and other policies, the Client shall not use the website and/or the services in any way.
2. WE PLEDGE TO-
2.1. Be transparent about the different types of information we collect and how we use them. Ask your permission before sharing your Personally Identifiable Information with third parties for purposes other than to provide services, and to do so only when we think they will provide you with a welcome additional service.

3. INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED FROM YOU?

7.2. The Client shall adhere to all applicable data protection laws, regulations, and standards, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and any other relevant local or international regulations.
7.3. The Client shall implement and maintain appropriate security measures to safeguard the data at all times. This includes encryption, access controls, monitoring, and regular security audits. These security measures shall be maintained even after the delivery of services by the Company.
7.4. The Company shall not be held liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss occurring on the Client’s systems or the Company’s systems, whether during the course of services or thereafter.
7.5. The Client acknowledges that the security of data depends on the measures implemented by the Client, and the Company is not responsible for the Client’s failure to implement adequate security measures.
7.6. The Client shall take all necessary steps to ensure the safety and integrity of data provided or accessed during the engagement with the Company. This includes regularly updating software, promptly addressing security vulnerabilities, and providing adequate training to its personnel.
8. HOW LONG DOES WE SAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HOW CAN I DELETE IT?
We store your Personally Identifiable Information on cloud servers for as long as you remain our customer in order to provide you with the Services. All information is encrypted and cannot easily be accessed.

In the event of any damages or loss of profit occurring due to the complete or partial destruction of any data owing to an unforeseeable event beyond the control of the Company, the Company shall not bear any liability or responsibility for such damages or losses.
11.2. The Client acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for taking all reasonable measures to safeguard its data and intellectual property, including but not limited to, data provided to the Company during the course of services and any data generated or processed as a result of the Services. The Client shall implement appropriate security measures to protect its data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Furthermore, the Client shall continue to exercise due diligence in data protection practices during and even after the completion of services by the Company. The Company shall not be held liable for any breaches, losses, or compromises of the Client’s data, whether occurring during or after the delivery of services.
12. DATA RETENTION-
12.1. We may retain any data you provide to us in an email inquiry, for the purpose of tracking the types of questions we receive.
12.2. We may retain personal information for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY- We may from time to time update this privacy policy. In the event that we merge with, or is acquired by another company, a change to this privacy policy may result. Whenever a change to this policy is significant, we will place a prominent notice on this website.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION- We do not collect sensitive personal data like; financial information such as Bank Account details or Credit Card or Debit Card or other payment related details; physical and mental or other health conditions or medical records and history; Biometric information such as finger-prints, voice & facial patterns and any other sensitive information which is confidential or sensitive by its nature. We do not store information about users like the password of your email account. However, we cannot guarantee encryption or the privacy of your personal or sensitive details.
18. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION- You agree and confirm that we do not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people (save with your consent) or non-affiliated companies except to provide our Services or under the following circumstances;
